The Port Vila Football Association (PVFA) yesterday signed an agreement with the Department of Industry (DoI) with an aim to promote, expose and protect the Vanuatu Made brand in country at the PVFA conference room.
It’s official! Vanuatu Made is our symbol for authenticity. Our archipelago is made up of more than 80 islands and home to over 267,000 people. Many of our people are proud makers such as crafters, sculptors, painters, potters, artists, illustrators, jewellery makers, seamstresses, storytellers, farmers, fishermen, producers, designers and entrepreneurs.

The Department of Industry (DOI) plans to organise another ‘Vanuatu Made Market Day’ next year after successfully staging its first ever event this week.
The vision is clear that sooner or later, all artefact and handicraft products on sale at the Vanuatu Handikraf Senta and Mahitahi will be ‘Made in Vanuatu’.
Mahitahi Handikraf Senta on the sea front is accepting vendors to fill 53 stalls in the newly built cool, breeze-filled, open thatch-roofed house that will open on November 29.
